    Hi Sue,
I’m hoping that you will see this question. I’ve been asked to make an Italian Love Cake for some friends’ Anniversary. She would love it baked in a bundt pan. I don’t think I’ve ever made it in anything but a rectangular pan. Will it actually work in a bundt pan? Two pounds of Ricotta cheese in this baby.???? I hope you’ll see this question. I have to make it tomorrow, the 14th. Thank you, Sue!!

That’s a tough one! I’ve never made an Italian Love Cake, but from what I can see of it online, I think the batter might be too much for a bundt, and the frosting would be hard to do on a bundt as well. You might try to convince your friend to go with the traditional pan, it would be a shame to experiment and have it not turn out, especially when it’s a special occasion.
